Elliptical Trainers-Review on the elliptical machine!

Elliptical machines, also known as elliptical trainers, offer non-impact workouts, and have been around the fitness world for over 10 yrs.

The main purpose of these stationary machines, are to provide a cardiovascular workout, through a variety of resistance levels, from light, to high, simulating walking or running, that can be set by the user.

There are basically 3 types of trainers, which are determined by the drive location, the oldest design type, has the rear drive location, which was improved with the front drive location, and recently the latest technology now has the center drive location.

The best designed elliptical, will also involve your arms, as well as your legs in the workout, and can be comparable, to a cross workout, of a treadmill, and stationary bike, as far as the use of your legs, and exertion on your heart.

Because of this cross training type exercise, and more user friendly control, with desired results, elliptical's are fast growing in popularity within the fitness industry.

Home-Gym-Concepts will be doing the leg work, on the most popular, and well respected Elliptical machines in the industry.
